  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where available).

Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners may attempt delivery more than once. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address information or customer unavailability, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

Address Accuracy
