Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been shipped. If the cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Customers may be eligible for a return in accordance with the return policy outlined below.

Returns

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product was delivered damaged or defective.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

Cash on Delivery Orders: Customers who repeatedly refuse delivery without a valid reason may have future Cash on Delivery orders restricted or canceled at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper installation.
  • Products showing signs of use beyond normal inspection.
  • Products missing original packaging, accessories, or documentation.
  • Clearance, final-sale, or specially ordered items (if applicable).

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
  3. We will review the claim and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for defective or damaged products, subject to product availability.
